- Touching Action Packed Romance
Stephanie Meyer's first adult novel operates on a very different concept from her Twilight series that's set in the rainy Forks populated with ancient teenage vampires. But her new novel The Host still has many of the elements that make her books so fun. There's plenty of action, adventure, vibrant characters, twisty plot developments, and of course unconventional passionate romance to keep any Twilight fan happy.

An ABSOLUTE MUST READ IN MANY,MANY WAYS!!!
I was never a big fan of reading about aliens or extraterrestial beings invading our planet earth. I can say, with complete confidence, that this book will not let you down. No matter how much you hate, scientific facts or little silvery worms, you won't be disappointed with this novel and could never possibly hate it. - Kept my mind spinning!
I thought this book was fantastic. It was a plot line I never would have considered reading before (I'm not into science-fiction at all). If it wasn't for her other books (also great), I would've missed out and left it on the shelf.

I think this book will appeal more to a younger crowd. The book is an easy choice when you're in the mood to read at the beach and need a suspenseful novel (a quick read).

My first Stephanie Meyers book and I couldn't put it down. I stayed up way too late just to finish reading it. I'm ready to try her earlier books now.
