This is a great item if you use your GPS in a vehicle as I do. Just stick it to your dash and Viola, your GPS unit is secure/easily accessible and and be viewed when needed.

I bought this from Amazon because the local shops wanted $70 for this here in Australia! Considering it is just a piece of molded plastic really, it is a bit overpriced in my opinion, however, it does the job it is designed to do. I have it mounted on top of my plywood battery box/panel I have fitted to my dinghy and the swivel action allows me to view the GPS from anywhere on the boat, and the tilt action allows yout ot ilt the GPS screen for best viewing/light angle. I use it with my Garmin 76CSx.

I bought both a gps mount and a boat gps. I asked if I could return it since it was a christmas gift. Amazon informed that I could. My friend alredy had this gift I found out christmas day.
