 Rating: - It's almost like being there...For those of us who miss being in the center of the universe, reading the Observer is almost like being there. In its pink pages I can read stories about New York's political, arts, society, finance, sex and gossip scene. I can smell the inside of a taxi from my house overlooking the lake in Vermont. Rating: - The Insider's Guide to NYCIf I had to pick one newspaper that captured the drama of NYC it would be the New York Observer. Unlike any newspaper (the New York Times, the Village Voice) or magazine (New York, Time Out NY) the Observer is always on the inside track when it comes to politics, business, theater, fashion, culture, publishing, the arts, real estate and society.
