I contacted tech support, and they stated that I had to pay a fee to find out why their product didn't work correctly any longer. If you hire an outside bookkeeper or accountant, you will find that most of them use QuickBooks. The complaints that I am reading are from business owners who truly believe that buying a piece of software is going to educate them and they will (poof) become good accountants or bookkeepers !!
