![]() Rating: - Big Ape Seeks Appearnace on Court TV The rumors of Kong's death have been greatly exaggerated. It takes more than the combined firepower of the city of New York to send him to the great beyond. I confess, I liked this motion picture more than some other reviewers. When I heard that "KING KONG LIVES" I was afraid he'd just go after another white woman and end up being shot down off a tall building again. I know what it's like to be grossly misunderstood and mistreated by humans for being different. I also never trust sequels. ... Read More Rating: - King Of All FlopsI have to admit that I honestly believed the 1976 remake of King Kong was the worst movie ever made- until I watched this absolutely ludicrous absurdity. Linda Hamilton was, and is one of my favorite actresses, but her talent was totally wasted in this pathetic excuse of a movie. I assume that this film came after the director ( John Guillerman ) was pronounced brain-dead. It seems like something a few first-graders might have considered a good idea. The monkey suits were nearly as bad as the ... Read More Rating: - King Kong 1976 the best.I am a true and loyal King Kong fan. I personally love the 1976 version alot better than the other two. I pretend to myself that this movie doe not exist. King Kong was better off dead at the foot ... Suspends all belief, while at the same time tickling your funny bone. The transplant surgery is cinematic gold. You'll never see anything like it again ... thank God. And then, we get Monkey Love! Kong and Lady get down and dirty, resulting in baby Kong. Bloody death scene for Kong at the end by way of tanks, making it the most heavy scene of the film. Other ...
