Editorial Review: Amazon.com Product Description: Timex gives its signature Ironman Triathlon multi-function, performance sport watch a sleek new look that's a great fit for both men and women. Featuring a full complement of athletic timing features and a striking profile, the Timex Triathlon Sleek T54281 has a black matte resin case and silver metallic top ring that's complemented by a uniquely styled black resin strap. It features three alarms that can be set for daily/weekday/weekend/weekly alarms, two time zones, an all-day white reflector display for easy reading even in direct sunlight, and water resistance to 100 meters. Sport timing functions include:
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Great Watch, Band Needs WorkThis watch has been a terrific part of running training, in wet weather, sweat, and still runs well and looks good after 2 years. I really like the lap timer function a lot, and often use it concurrently with the chrono function. Great watch. That's the watch itself. It may last forever, but most likely not on your wrist. The band is it's only problem. Mine is held together with Superglue. I like the sleek look, it wears really well, it's comfortable, but it breaks/rips over time. ... Read More Rating: - Band replacement must ship to Timex & $10.00I had this watch for several months and still think its a great watch but you should know this: I needed to put the watch in my pants pocket for a brief time and the flexing removed the band. I have tried to have it replaced in a store but no store could do it with that band. I checked with Timex and received this response. - - I am sorry about the problem with your watch. Unfortunately, that watch does not have a user replaceable band. You would ... Read More Rating: - Easily my favorite watch ever.I own two of these watches, one for everyday and the other for the gym although they get alternated frequently. Had them for over 2 years already. I've never had an issue with the band, with the water, the battery, or anything for that matter. Have to buy a 3rd b/c my sister in law wants one of mine. Considering its been on vacations, my son tries his hardest to break it(toddler), I lift weights and exercise with it, etc., I can't imagine others are putting there watch thru more rigors. Great watch, ... Read More Rating: - Great Watch. Tricky battery replacement. This really is a great watch - lightweight, easy to use, with more features than many will find necessary. However, upon changing the battery - which is a bit tricky anyway - all of the buttons stopped working. I took the battery out two more times and messed with it, but only got one button working. the one button worked for about a month, and now the whole watch has gone dead. I don't know what to make of it. Otherwise, this is a great watch. No band problems whatsoever. I used it swimming, biking, and ... Read More Rating: - Full feature watch in slim packageI am a long time user of the Timex Ironman watch models. This is by far the best. I get all the features I like in the Ironman in a slim light weight watch. I forget its on my wrist. Browse for similar items by category:
