Kikkoman Instant Aka Miso Soup is fantastic. It's quick, convenient, and pretty good considering it comes out of a small pack. You add the powdered mix to a cup of hot water and voila... instant miso! What you see on the product bag is what you get... there's pieces of konbu (seaweed) and other goodies you'd expect in miso soup (but not tofu, that's not in this particular "flavor.") All of Kikkoman instent soups are great. An easy half cup of warm broth with vegetables and little squares of tofu, this soup warms and comforts without a lot of calaries and fat. A quick pick-me-up anytime.
