 Rating:  - Great productI have had the same Prodyne beechwood cheese slicer for over 10 years and I use it several times a week. I have had to replace the wire a couple of times but it hasn't been a problem to call the company and ask for a new wire. Once you have this slicer, you will never want to slice cheese with a knife again. Rating: - Cheese SlicerI bought this cheese slicer and mine has worked great. The black marble is beautiful on the table and I haven't had any problems with the wire on mine. So far, so good.....I like it! Rating:  - Wire broke - Good customer serviceI gave this as a gift to my in-laws. I was so embarrassed, the wire broke the very first time it was used. But ... after I posted the review the company emailed me and promised to replace any faulty parts. They seem very determined to stand behind the quality of their product.
