I have ordered other cheese slicers, and this one is the best. It slices quickly, easily, and efficiently. Slicing thinly enhances the taste of the cheese and is an important quality. I would recommend it to anyone who wished a quality slicer.

I had a marble version of this same product, made by a different company, for years. Eventually, all the wires broke and I replaced them with thin picture wire. Then, however, the handle cracked and fell apart and it was time for something new.

I bought it and it works great. Stainless cutting wire should last pretty much forever it says, but they offer free replacements for life. Slices super straight and thin/thick as you want.

Works just like it should. Would have given it 5 stars but it does not clean itself and because you should not put it in the dishwasher.

Excellent product. It's a slicer I had been looking for. Handles large bulk cheese no problem. It would have a better for it to come with an extra wire instead of having to purchase the wires separately. Very good construction and easy to clean.
