We received a free clicker with our Petsmart training, but I wanted an extra one on hand, and this was easy to toss into a Super Saver Shipping order. I'm pleased with this clicker - it's no louder nor softer than our standard Petsmart one, and it's smaller, sleeker, and prettier.

Nice, loud and clear click sound compared to other clickers I've used. Also I'd recommend putting a small elastic through the little hole at the bottom to secure it to your finger.

Some reviewers mentioned the click was too loud. And I must admit it is indeed loud. I was very aprehensive about purchasing it because of this problem. However, I heard so much praise about clicker training that I bought it with the intention of muffling the sound by adhering some sound absorbing materials to the clicker to reduce the loudness of the click. Clickers Rock. I just finished training my first dog a bunch a tricks which would have taken much longer without the use of a clicker. Dogs seem to really get the idea behind the clicker quick, which makes your training sessions much more efficient. The quality of this clicker has been great, and the tips that come with the package were helpful. If training a dog, this is a must.
