 Rating: - Great stuff..... ifWhen I first got this, I did not like it. The directions call for just adding boiling water and it wasn't very good. Later I added the water then put it into the microwave for about 2 minutes and now I love it. You can't beat the fiber content. Great low carb choice. Rating: - healthy stuffthis stuff has like 12 gr of fiber so if you eat a bowl in the am you pretty much dont have to eat again at least until lunchtime. great stuff!!
