- Great for peanut butter lovers on a diet
I first found this peanut butter in the regular (non-low-sodium) version in my local gourmet grocery (inconveniently located right next to my gym). The consistency is that of marshmallow cream, perhaps a bit thicker. Once your mouth gets used to the texture (no time at all!) you'll be eating it right out of the jar. I LOVE Peanut Butter and I eat it right out of the jar sometimes! But you know, regular peanut butter, while tasty and oh-so-delightful, can be a guilt trip waiting to happen after a few spoonfulls. Not only the guilt, but the heaviness of the oils and fat can really weigh you down. What I love about this peanut butter is that it's not only vegetarian friendly but it's organic and low sodium and sugar, the best of both worlds. And no guilt.
