The readings jump all over the place in one sitting. I bought the HEM-711DLX because of the Comfit cuff. I think that the hard board on the inside actually cause the readings to be inaccurate. And the cuff belies it name and is not comfortable at all. Example of inaccuracy: This new HEM-711DLX might read in the 130s when I first sit down, jump up to the 150s, then drop to the 120s. It will read 110/72 one time and then five minutes ... Since I am not a nurse and have not had training in taking blood pressures, I just slip this onto the patients arm and it's so simple to use - just press the button and it automatically pumps the cuff and gives me an accurate reading.
