 Rating: - Treat Your Own BackSince I'm a 70 year old do it yourself kind of guy, I was attracted to the concept of "Treat Your Own Back". I did all the exercises prescribed in the McKenzy Book and got great results. I had to start slow because of the pain but improved rapidly after a few days.I would highly recommend this theropy to anyone who has or has had back pain in the past.
