 Rating:  - New is good, but not great.I got the new version because I have a client that wants me to take over their books and she had a newer version than I did. New is always good, but it's not great. I find that there are still things that I can't do that have not been fixed since I got my first version in 2004. My main issue is that I can not issue a Credit Memo to a client without assigning it to a specific job. So, when someone does something for me, I can't apply it as a credit to all their jobs. I had my merchant account through Quick Books and when they decided that I needed to upgrade they no longer supported my merchant account through my older version. A friend of ours helped me set up the program, and it is great. Just follow the arrows on invoicing, to accepting payments, to making deposits. It is easy to understand and looks very professional in the printouts. There are still lots of things to learn, but I think I can do it. It has been a GREAT help for a a small business. Rating:  - HORRIBLE SET-UPJust be aware that part of the installation REQUIRES you to phone Inituit (my wait time was 15 minutes). You must then spell out your address, give your phone number, email address. Then for the next 10 minutes the other person will try to sell you other products (in order to receive the necessary validation code to run the software, they MUST go through their entire pitch). Finally they will give you a validation code. Next time I'll buy Peachtree instead.
