I wanted a projector unit that would play DVDs because I didn't want to have to drag too many components outside every time we watched a movie. We think showing big movies around the campfire will be great fun this summer. In the meantime we have set up a theater room in the family room in our basement. We painted a white screen on the wall. The picture is very good we are enjoying older movies again and watching new ones is even more exciting. It was very easy to set up and run. My husband even hooked up our surround sound to it.
